With the Soccer World Cup that was held in South Africa and me supporting Spain, I thought it a good idea to bake these Paul the octopus cupcakes for my work colleagues. Soccer ball in the one claw, and the Netherlands flag in another.

Welcome to my blog. This blog will showcase all the cakes and cupcakes I bake. As a full time pc nerd and mother of 3, I need some time for myself, and found that I just love to create special cupcakes and cakes for people.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone looking at a cake or cupcake and promising you that it would not be eaten because it is so pretty. And then when they do eat it and just loves the taste, heaven! Mission accomplished.
