My name is Petro and this blog will showcase all the cakes and cupcakes I bake. As a full time pc nerd and mother of 3, I need some time for myself, and found that I just love to create special cupcakes and cakes for people.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone looking at a cake or cupcake and promising you that it would not be eaten because it is just too pretty. And then when they do eat it and just loves the taste, heaven! Mission accomplished.

Flavours:
I use only fresh ingredients when baking.
Flavours include:
- Chocolate cake with any of the following frostings... butter cream, Royal icing or cream cheese.
- Vanilla cake with any of the following frostings... butter cream, Royal icing or cream cheese.
- Red Velvet cake with Cream cheese frosting. (The most beautiful white frosted cake with the hidden red cake.)
- Pina Colada cake with Pina Colada frosting. (This "Caribbean" cake with coconut and a tot of white rum will set you on a day dream of white beaches, palm trees, sunsets and cocktails.)
- Carrot cake with Cream cheese frosting. (A moist Carrot cake that will convert any non-carrot cake eater.)
- Cheese Cakes (baked). My favourite is the Butterscotch cheese cake with roasted peacan nuts. But we can do any flavour you like.
Prices:
Each cake and cupcake is handmade to order and priced on an individual basis. This is a list of starting prices. Orders need to be placed at least 1 week before the delivery date. Please note that prices can change at any time.
- Cakes: Starting at R200 depending on size (Excl. cake toppers)
- Plain cupcake with frosting: R10 each
- 2d Cupcakes (cupcake with frosting and a 2d cupcake topper): R13 each
- 3d Cupcakes (cupcake with frosting and a 3d cupcake topper): R17 each
- Cheese cakes: Starting at R250. The main ingredient is cream cheese, make this a more expensive cake.
Terms and Conditions:
- A 50% deposit is required on placement of order to confirm your booking. No order will be processed until a deposit or full payment has been made. Payment by cash or electronic transfer is acceptable.
- Balance of payment is due prior to delivery.
- If you are collecting your order, full payment is due on collection, payable in cash.
- Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation is received within 7 days prior to the delivery date.
- Once cake/cupcakes are handed over, PS Cupcakes and Cakes will take no responsibility for any damages.
- Quotes are only valid for 14 days.
